To create three olive centers in Israel that will be called “Kiryat Hazayit” “Olive Village”; one in the Center, one in the North and one in the South. The centers will be designed in ancient biblical style to give the visitors a genuine feeling of visiting the past. These centers will become year round popular tourist attractions for Israelis and global visitors.
The following are the features of the “Kiryat Hazayit”: 
  1. Total area of 100 dunams  
  2.  75 dunams of Olive Orchard "Keryat Zayit"
  3.  Biblical style Olive Oil producing plant "Shemen Hamischa"
  4.  Olive Toiletry Factory "Yofi & Briut"
  5.  Restaurant featuring Olive menu seating 200 people "Ohel Havraham"
  6.  Family style hotel for 25 beds "Hachnasat Orchin"
  7. Therapy pavilion "Refua Shelema" with 9 massage rooms using    Seasoned Olive Oil with herbs and flowers
  8.  Amphitheater "Sipuree Torah" featuring biblical stories
  9.  Donkey Ranch "Chamor Garem" for children’s rides
  10.   Manager residence and Admin building
  11.  Synagogue  
  12.  5 dunams of fruit orchard and vegetables garden for our own  consumption to include poultry, goats and sheep "Gan Shefa".
  13.  Employees’ residence "Torah va-Havoda": 30 units
  14.  Twice a year International Olive Festival "Chag Hazayit"– 14 days each.
Furthermore, our objective is to become the utmost authority in the olive oil field and its influenceon mankind health and mood.
