After living and working for most of my life in many places around the world, I came home in 2007 to my Beloved Country, Israel, and settled in Jerusalem, The Holy.

My activities as an International Businessman focused on

Upon my return to Israel I was occupied with the thoughts of how best I can serve Israel. How can I pay back to this country that forged me to become a man of deeds, a man of faith, and a man of service to others.

Retirement was absolutely out of the question!!!

All of my business life I dealt with

I felt the need to change my activities in a totally different direction. Now I was drawn towards earthy, historic, romantic, spiritual and national and global business activities:

The other day I came from a SHEMEN HAMISCHA presentation party to a group of women and went to the bank which was only few blocks away to make a deposit.

I stood in line with my Success Case, before long the unique Success Case drew the attention of some of the people in line.

Two middle-age women and one elderly man were brave enough to ask me what is it??? After all it is uniquely designed and a rare “case”.

3000 Years History

Having been asked for a synopsis of my life, I thought to myself, this is going to be fun. After all, how do you write a synopsis for a person who has 3,000 years of history and who has packed countless activities into a life time covering all aspects and then living them deliberately.

As you read on, be encouraged to always pursue your dream, and don’t settle for anything less.

I invite you to walk the walk with me, a journey I know you will find very interesting... Of course, it is abbreviated as I could not possibly fit all my activities into the parameters of a synopsis and, especially as I have only ever worked for myself – it was not like I have ever needed a synopsis before….

I was born in Tel-Aviv, Israel on June 21, 1933, to a family of 16 children that had been in the finance/commodity trading for 14 generations. My father was a leader in the Jewish Community in Libya at the turn of the Century (at that time it was known as an Italian Colony). He led 50 prominent Jewish families to Israel to fulfill the biblical dream of returning home to work the land. The hardship of pioneering in that time was indescribable, however the commitment and the satisfaction of working the dream compensated for all the sacrifices needed.

I was raised with this attitude and guided closely by my father. He was a student of life and a philosopher and he instilled in my mind, from an early age while walking in the field after “Shabbat” services, the old Judaic principles of life - 

1. Never stop learning.     2.   Focus on being productive.   3. Help others with all your assets.

My mother was a woman to admire both when I was a child and also after I became a father. She was blessed with the talent to apply balance, softness and hardness in raising our large family. She is in heaven watching me with her softness.

The traditional family business was replaced with farming which was chaotic due to the restrictions posed by the British who at that time ruled Palestine. Also by the animosity and violence from the Arabs who did not want Jews to settle back in their homeland. At the age of 5, I witnessed an Arab gang kill my brother who was 7.

My family was well to do; however far from spoiled or pampered. The teaching and practices of my parents were that everything had to be earned and the truth of the matter is that I have loved and adopted this philosophy and it served me well as I developed strong skills of innovation and creativity that have always kept me happy. No matter how hard my family worked as a unit, there was no income for many years due to cycles of build up and destruction in the Jewish Community until the independence of Israel. By then, my family had lost 9 children to diseases and Arab violence against the Jewish Community. Governed by the principals taught to me by my parents, I developed a deep love for my country and to the value of freedom. I was and still am very romantic about Israel and its source of energy and how it influenced the shaping of my character.

I am Jewish and lead my life according the laws of the Torah.

Military Service - I served in the Intelligence Branch of the Israeli Army that suits my curious and pioneering character.

Although I have never ceased to be a loyal student of life, my formal education stopped after 6 years of grammar school when I joined the Movement to secure Israel’s Independence. When the state of Israel was established, I attended intensive courses for business administration and management, marketing and advertising. The Israeli Government sponsored these courses for my generation whose formal education was interrupted while creating the State of Israel. Professors from global prominent universities taught these courses while they took Sabbaticals to come and assist Israel. I was very fortunate to be in a group that participated in a special project of organizing the office of the Prime Minister.

Having no formal education proved to be a very positive handicap. It motivated me to be innovative and creative and to do better because I did not have the “piece of paper” that stated what courses I had passed. I also found that throughout my life I have been driven by the need to know more and explore paths that few dare walk. Driven by this desire, I spent over US$100,000 on studies through courses, seminars, mail and tapes on subjects from management to financial papers, from writing to spiritual growth and from plastic engineering to real estate.

In the mid 50’s, when the Plastic Industry was in its infancy, I saw it as the industry of the future. I wanted to study plastic engineering because it offered a fantastic outlet for creativity and fortune. However, not having formal education, this prevented me from studying in any University and so I resorted to my own creativity with the help of 3 pillars in this new industry, Mr. Daniels, Head of the British Plastic Institute, Dr. Klin in Germany and Dr. Herbert van Ling in Holland. I was privileged and fortunate to study and practice with them the most advanced plastic technology of the day while the only school that taught plastic technology at that time was in London and its text books were 7 years behind the advanced technology. They became my mentors. I was especially fortunate to be a part of two industrial historical events. The first was part of a scientific team for Shell Petrochemical Division for their Polyethylene, and the second was being part of the final scientific team for the giant Italian Chemical Industry Montecatini for their Polypropylene.  

>       Owned and ran a Plastic factory in Israel with the Israeli Government. Pioneered conversion of industrial parts for the defense and textile industry from metal and wood to plastic.

>       Invented a disposable spice grinder. 

>       Partly owned and CEO’d an international spice company with manufacturing facilities in the USA, Portugal and Brazil.

>       Owned and ran a multi-million dollar food catering business in the USA.

My Business Style – I run a fairly complex organization with activities on all continents. Long before the trend of working from home, I developed a style of doing business for me and the people who are part of my organization, whereby we all perform at top capacity with peace of mind and in a comfortable environment.

In fact I dare to say that my organization will win the 1^st prize in the Guinness book of records for the most productive, most fulfilled, most innovative and most lucrative organization per person per square feet we each occupy in his /her “workplace” home.

Thank God my organization is flourishing because we are driven by the human element and not by the bottom line. After a lifetime of business experience I know that when you have the discipline and courage to take care of the human element in all of business and personal interaction, the Creator with His infinite giving will reward you with abundance of the bottom line. Amen!!!

As such I practice true leadership by assisting others to fulfill their dreams while fulfilling mine.

I base my organization on a set of solid, down to earth principles.

·         Maintain direct, clear, and swift communication with everyone in the system

·         Wherever possible manpower is compensated on performance

·         Inspect what you expect

·         Establish policies and procedures for all of our organization

·         If there are any questions about certain tasks these should be answered only by the person who assigned the task.

·         Put people first, the bottom line second.

·         The head of the organization serves the clients via his/ her staff, not the other way round

>       Served in the Financial Intelligence field, a very exciting and innovative financial world.

>       Dealt with conventional and non conventional financial instruments from Factoring, Tax Lien Certificates, private Mortgage Notes, National Debt Redemption Programs, Historic National Bonds 

>       Created affordable offshore facilities for asset protection and financial transactions.

>       Pioneered 21^st century concepts for financial institutions to operate soon under the name “The People Money Center”

>       Studied and researched historic financial instruments that exist today with slight adjustments for today’s business style.

>       1963 pioneered, if not invented, a creative method to raise funds for the ‘movie’ industry through sublimation advertising. Today it’s an industry standard.

>       I specialize in forming and managing Offshore Companies and Trust.

>       Pioneered private investment by individuals to own public payphones.

>       Pioneered private investment by individuals to own public pay faxes.

>       I was invited by the president of Liberia after the Civil War to visit Liberia in order to study the economic state of the country and submit a plan of recovery, which I did.

As a result of my international activities in the financial field with focus on producing creative products geared to the small investor, in March 1997 I was honored a Doctorate Degree of International Finance by the Westminster International University in Jakarta, Indonesia presented in a ceremony by the President, Professor Kamal Roemawi.

Marketing Activities

>       I specialize in creating methods to market unique products and/or concepts.

>       Assisted an Australian agriculture scientist to market his invention of an environmentally friendly fertilizer.

>       Assisted a group of American scientists to market their environmentally friendly pesticide.

>       I have marketed hands-on cosmetic and health care products, lubricants, vacuum cleaners, encyclopedias, advertising specialties and promotional items.

>       I have always been close to theatre and have directed a youth play.

>       In 1965 I organized a group of culture lovers to host the first multi culture festival in Israel in the old city of Aco, which ran for 6 weeks and ranging from classic music to folk dancing, arts and crafts.

Since October 1967 I based myself in USA, Europe and the Caribbean Islands while working, living and traveling to many parts of the globe. I also hold American and Israel passports. After 40 years of living outside my country Israel, in 2007 I returned to my beloved city of Jerusalem where, with G-d’s help, I am establishing my world head quarters.

Since very early life I found great satisfaction to help others in whatever I could.

>       Volunteered to work with immigrant youth to help them integrate back into the Israel society.

>       Taught handicapped people how to cook.

>       2 years entertaining at the Psychiatric Ward of Walter Reed Military Hospital, Washington DC

>       Fund raising chairperson for the Rotary in the Washington DC area

>       Mentor of high school students choosing their selected careers for 2 years

>       Served on International Ed. Scholarship Com. of the WDC Rotary Club for PhD programs.

>       Today I spent half a day in the Heart Department in Hadasa Hospital in Jerusalem, motivating heart patients to join a recovery program.

In every community I lived around the world I always made time to give of myself by volunteering hands on to help the needy, the sick and the handicapped.

My favorite events are entertaining people around a dinner table talking and listening to stimulating conversations about life. I also love theatre, opera and art in any form.

At This Time - My years of experience and vast global connections has afforded me to position myself to serve as a Money Manager in the financial field for high net worth individuals and entities. I am able to offer my clients a variety of selected non-speculative financial products (no risk), not available to the general public and participation is by invitation only. Since 1997 my client base has expanded to include the small investor who now also benefits from the same features as the high net worth individual. My specialty in the business world is bringing people, money and ideas together.

Most of the time I have always been able todo what I’ve wanted to do, knowing that sometimes the price of being my own master has been a high one. Every goal I set for myself I have accomplished. I consider myself fortunate to have led the kind of life that was to be my destiny because crossing all the obstacles has made me a better person and elevated me to continue to do better.

My abbreviated life story is only a small part of an extremely rich and productive life. I can summarize it by saying that I have dined on royal tables and slept with beggars and everything in between. I have explored the Himalayans and slept in the Paris Ritz, with everything in between. I have bounced a check for $2 while writing another for US$10M and everything in between. I know thousands of people and have been extremely fortunate to have found my soul mate in God.

I created a unique work environment for myself and the many people who work with me. That makes my organization flourish.
